Ethiopian Muslims have once again turned in mass for a weekly demonstration againtst the ongoing Ethiopian government interference in their belief system and its defiance to the more than 4 month old movement for the respect for their constitutional rights. The May 04,2012 demonstration is particularly of interest in that a night earlier the government issued its nonsense statement ever and make it clear to every Muslim that it has no room to entertain the Muslims demands. Worse is that the government characterized its killing of innocent Worshippers a week earlier (April 27,2012) as action againt terrorism. This has definately worked against the wish of the government. It galvanised the mass and brought them out to demonstrate its definance to the government's atrocity and as a show of determination to pursue its demands despite the threat as well as real danger of being targated by the cruel regime.

As if thousands of lies would make one truth,the government continued with its futile propaganda againt the peaceful movement. The latest asserts that two foreigh nationals were cought at Anwar Mosque on May 04,2012 while mobiling the people and distributing papers. The report claims that the two arrived at Bole International airport on the same day,headed directly to Anwar and went into action. The following a brief commentary (from Facebook) on this latest futile effort of the part of the government:
በዛሬው እለት ETV ሁለት የውጭ ሀገር ዜጎች በአንዋር መስጅድ ህገ ወጥ ቅስቀሳ ሲያደርጉና ወረቀት ሲበትኑ መያዛቸውን ዘግቧል። አንዲሁም ሁለቱ የውጭ ዜጎች በ24 ሰአት ከሀገር እንዲዎጡም እንደተወሰነ ጨምሮ ታናግሯል። የውጭ ዜጎቹ ከመካከለኛው ምስራቅ መሆናቸው እንጂ የየት ሀገር ዜጋ አንደሆኑ በግልፅ አልተነገረም። እንደ ETV ዘገባ የውጭ ዜጎቹ ዛሬ ጠዋት (አርብ እለት ማለት ነው) አዲስ አበባ እንደገቡና በቀጥታም ወደ አንዋር መስጊድ እንደሄዱ ተገልፅዋል። ETV የሁለቱን ግለሰቦች ፎቶ አሳይቷል።
በዚህ ዘገባ ላይ ተመስርቶ የሚከተሉትን አራት ጥያቄዎች ማንሳት እዎዳለሁ:-
1 የተባለው እውነት ከሆነ መንግስት ለምንድነው ግለሰቦቹን ለፍርድ ያላቀረባቸው?????
ይህንንም የምልበት ምክንያት የውጭ ዜጋ በሀገራችን የውስጥ ጉዳይ መግባት ህገዎጥ ስለሆነ ነው። ስለዚህ መንግስት እነዚህን ግለሰቦች ለፍርድ ቢያቀርብ የሀገሪቱም ሕግ ይደግፈዋል። የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ይህንን ለማድረግ እንደማይፈራም በእስር ላይ ያሉትን ሁለቱን የስዊድን ዜጎች ለአብነት መጥቀስ ይቻላል።2 የውጭ ዜጎቹ የየት ሀገር ዜጋ መሆናቸው ለምን አልተገለፀም?????
መንግስት የስዊድንን ዜጎች በግልፅ ለፍርድ ካቀረባቸው፣ ለምንድን ነው የአንዲት የመካከለኛ ምስራቅ ሀገር ዜጎችን ዜግነት በግልፅ መናገር ያዳገተው? ነገሩ እውነት ቢሆን ኖሮ የግለሰቦቹን ዜግነት መግለፅ ባላዳገተው ነበር። ነገር ግን ዘገባው የፈጠራ ስለሆነ በአንድ ሀገር ላይ ማላከክ፣ ከተዎንጃዩ ሀገር ትልቅ ጥያቄ ልያነሳና መንግስትን የዲፕሎማሲያዊ ቀውስ ውስጥ ሊከተው ይችላል።3 መንግስት እራሱ ሰዎቹን ላለማምጣቱስ ምን ማስረጃ አለን???
ይህንን ደግሞ ማድረግ ለመንግስት በጣም ቀላል ነው። አህባሾች እራሳቸው የመጡት ከሊባኖስ በመሆናቸው ሁለት የአረብ ወጣቶችን በቀላሉ ከሊባኖስ ሊያስመጡና መንግስት ለፕሮፓጋንዳነት እንዲጠቀምበት መንገዱን ሊያመቻቹ ይችላሉ። በዚያውም ለሁለቱ ወጣቶች ሽር ሽር ይሆናቸዋል። Of course,ትንሽ የገንዘብ ጉርሻም ይሰጣቸዋል።4 ከሁሉም የሚገርመው ደግሞ ሁለቱ የውጭ ዜጎች በ24 ሰአት ከሀገር እንዲወጡ መደረጋቸው ነው። ልብ በሉ፣ እንደ መንግስት ዘገባ እነዚህ ሰዎች ከውጭ ሀገር ድረስ ረብሻ ለመቀስቀስ የመጡ ናቸው። ታዲያ እንዴት ተደርጎ ነው በ24 ሰአት ከሀገር እንዲወጡ የሚደረገው? መንግስት እንደመንግስትነቱ እነዚህ ሰዎች ላይ ምርመራ ማድረግ የለበትምን? ለምሳሌ ማን ከህዋላቸው እንዳለ? ምን አይነት network እንዳላቸው? የመሳሰሉት ጥያቄዎች ሊቀርቡላቸውና ሊመረመሩ አይገባቸውምን? ሁላችንም እንደምናውቀው ሁለቱ የስዊድን ዜጎችና አንድ የUN ሰራተኛ በሽብርተኝነት ተከሰው በእስር ላይ ናቸው። ታዲያ የስዊድን ዜጎችንና የUN ሰራተኛን መመርመርና ማሰር ያልፈራ መንግስት ለምንድን ነው እነዚህን የውጭ ዜጎች ማሰርና መመርመር ያልፈለገው??????
ይህ ሁሉ የሚያሳያን ዘገባው የፈጠራ ወሬ መሆኑን፣ የሙስሊሞች ተቃውሞ ላይ የስነ ልቦና ጫና ለመፍጠርና፣ እንዲሁም ክርስቲያን ዎገኖቻችን ላይ ጥርጣሬ በመፍጠር ከሙስሊሞች ጎን እንዳይቆሙ እየተደረገ ያለ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ነው። ለማንኛውም እኛም ነቅተንባቸዋል።

After watching the photos of the 2 Middle Eastern men allegedly deported from Ethiopia,I strongly suspect that they may be Lebanese Ahbash members —known for their extreme violence. I showed their pictures to a Lebanese that I know,and he said that their features resemble Lebanese.
Ethiopians Muslims and others must be vigilant to a potential false flag attack by Government agents including Majlis/Ahbash.

First,the Anwar Mosque Incident
1. The official version of the causes and details of the massacre at the Anwar Mosque on February 23,1995 was given by the Chief Executive of Region 14. We shall mention on three points in his statement:
ùHe stated that the Muslim community was divided into two antagonistic camps,fighting with knives and arms as a result of which he was "glad"that only nine persons died and over one hundred injured.
ùThe police intervened to maintain law and order and they,too,have suffered injuries. ùA person by the name of Haji Siraj Musa was shot and killed by the police when he resisted arrest and was attempting to escape.
2. The BBC program transmitted through Ethiopian Television also reported that the massacre at the Anwar Mosque was between Muslim factions.
3. In the private press EHRCO has been criticised for not reporting the incident in time.
EHRCO has examined the points outlined above and feels obliged to report to the Ethiopian people and especially to the Muslim Community the following:
2. What was shown on Ethiopian television does not correspond with the statements of the Chief Executive of Region 14. It was,on the contrary,an engagement between the police who were already in the sacred grounds of the Mosque,in the area where the believers pray without shoes,and they even seemed to attempt to enter inside the Mosque,on one hand,and the believers who were throwing stones at the police in what seemed to be an attempt to prevent the incursion into the sacred ground. How is it that the police could attempt to enter the Mosque,a sacred place for the believers,by force? Are the provisions on freedom of religions in the celebrated Constitution and in the various international instruments in place? Or are they discarded?
3. From what was shown on television there was no sign of the allegation that the Muslim community was divided into two antagonistic camps. All informants state that the clash which started between one person,one Ato Sa'adu Jemal,and the Muslim community eventually transformed itself into a clash between the Muslim community and the security forces who were heavily armed. Which story is right?
4. Similarly,what we heard from the Chief Executive of Region 14 about the death of Haji Siraj Musa and what his relatives and close friends relate is totally contradictory. Haji Siraj,according to his close friends,weighs more than one hundred kilograms,he is myopic,he has weak legs and walks with the help of a cane. Even at the Mosque he prays sitting down. Secondly,Haji Siraj was taken from his home after midnight. Third,Haji Siraj was shot twice:once on the eye and once on the stomach. Unless he was running backwards with all his incapacity,it is difficult to hold the allegation that he was shot when he was attempting to escape. What is the truth,the official version or what his relatives and friends state? The truth will certainly come out.
As far as the case of the Anwar Mosque is concerned that is all that EHRCO can state now.
